  We have been going through this company fir two winters now. Last winter (2008) we called them to do a service call on our furnace, just for the yearly cleaning/inspection, and they came right out, changed the filters and cleaned out the furnace. The cost is reasonable ($150). The had plenty of options for fuel delivery, we were on the automatic delivery which meant they came out once a month to fill the tank. They just left us with the bill which we would have to pay within ten days. This year (2008) we had them come out in early November to do the annual service call. They guy checked everything and cleaned everything. As he was inspecting the chimney he noticed that our chimney lining (the ceramic stuff) was crumbling and large pieces were blocking the opening which were causing CO2 in come back into the house (not enough to kill us, but still scary). So we had our Chimney fixed ASAP. They also have great communication. They call the day before they deliver, and will even try calling you on the day of delivery if no one it at home to answer the door. I find their prices to be comparable to everyone else.....there will always be people who are a few cents higher or lower then them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
